RULES FOR USING SENTINEL SERVICES.

These terms explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and protections that apply when using Sentinel Entertainment websites, products, Discord applications, dashboards, and services.

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sentinel Entertainment.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Sentinel Entertainment websites, dashboards, Discord applications, software, services, products, community systems, invite systems, support systems, and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Sentinel Auth
  • Sentinel Guardian
  • Sentinel Agora
  • Sentinel DOS
  • Sentinel Dashboard
  • Sentinel Nexus
  • Sentinel Entertainment websites and public pages
  • Sentinel account, invite, support, and community services
  • Additional Sentinel ecosystem products and services

By accessing, installing, inviting, purchasing, configuring, or using any Sentinel Entertainment service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

If a user does not agree to these Terms, the user must not use Sentinel Entertainment services.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Meet any minimum age requirements established by Discord or applicable law
  • Have authority to manage or administer any Discord server, community, organization, or account where Sentinel products are installed or configured
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, Discord rules, and Sentinel policies

If a user uses Sentinel services on behalf of an organization, community, business, Discord server, team, or group, the user represents that they have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Services

Sentinel Entertainment provides software, automation, verification, moderation, access-control, dashboard, engagement, operational, analytics, and community-management tools.

Services may include:

  • Discord verification systems
  • Access-control systems
  • Moderation assistance systems
  • Community engagement tools
  • Dashboard management tools
  • Audit logging
  • Ticket, report, appeal, or application workflows
  • Server management tools
  • Product invite flows
  • Premium subscription features
  • Lifetime license features
  • Additional platform integrations

Features may change, expand, be modified, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of their Sentinel account
  • Maintaining the security of their Discord account
  • Maintaining the security of their organization, community, or server
  • Protecting credentials, tokens, passwords, and access permissions
  • Actions performed through their account, server, or authorized staff access

Sentinel Entertainment is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence, weak security practices, compromised accounts, or improper permission management.

5. Discord Communities and Server Responsibility

Server owners and administrators remain responsible for:

  • Their server rules
  • Their moderation decisions
  • Their staff members
  • Their server content
  • Their member management
  • Their product configuration
  • Their use of Sentinel tools

Sentinel Entertainment provides tools that assist communities. Sentinel Entertainment does not control the day-to-day operation of customer communities or Discord servers.

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Sentinel products appropriately and legally for their communities.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use Sentinel services to:

  • Violate any law
  • Violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conduct phishing, impersonation, or credential theft
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Access systems without authorization
  • Interfere with Sentinel services or infrastructure
  • Abuse APIs, rate limits, or platform resources
  • Attempt to reverse engineer protected systems
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Sentinel Entertainment
  • Use Sentinel services for fraud, deception, spam, or evasion
  • Bypass moderation, verification, safety, or access-control systems

Sentinel Entertainment reserves the right to investigate misuse and take appropriate action.

7. Verification, Access-Control, and Moderation Systems

Some Sentinel products may provide:

  • User verification
  • Rules acknowledgement
  • Disclosure acknowledgement
  • Access control
  • Role assignment
  • Re-verification workflows
  • Moderation assistance
  • Reports and review workflows
  • Security alerts
  • Reputation or safety indicators
  • Audit logs

These tools are designed to assist administrators and authorized staff.

Sentinel Entertainment does not guarantee that:

  • Verification systems will be error-free
  • Moderation systems will detect all violations
  • Security systems will prevent all abuse
  • Reputation or safety indicators will always be accurate
  • Access-control systems will meet every community’s specific needs

Final moderation, verification, access-control, and enforcement decisions remain the responsibility of server owners, administrators, or authorized reviewing staff.

8. Appeals and Review Processes

Sentinel products may assist communities with appeals, moderation reviews, reputation reviews, verification reviews, ban reviews, or access reviews.

Sentinel Entertainment does not guarantee reversal of moderation actions, bans, suspensions, role removals, account restrictions, verification denials, or access restrictions.

Final decisions remain with the applicable community, organization, server, owner, administrator, or authorized reviewing staff.

Sentinel Entertainment may provide systems that organize information for review, but responsibility for the final outcome remains with the appropriate human decision-makers.

9. Premium Services

Certain Sentinel features may require:

  • Subscription plans
  • Premium licenses
  • Lifetime licenses
  • Product upgrades
  • Enterprise agreements
  • Server-specific entitlements
  • Organization-specific entitlements

Premium access grants a limited license to use eligible features. Premium access does not transfer ownership of Sentinel Entertainment software, infrastructure, branding, intellectual property, data systems, or services.

10. License Scope

Certain subscriptions, licenses, premium plans, or lifetime plans may be limited to a specific number of:

  • Organizations
  • Discord servers
  • Installations
  • Users
  • Products
  • Environments
  • Communities

License limits, entitlements, permitted usage, and premium access may vary by product, plan, subscription type, or lifetime license type.

Sentinel Entertainment reserves the right to enforce applicable license limits and restrict access where license terms are exceeded, violated, expired, refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalid.

Unless otherwise stated, premium subscriptions are licensed for the scope described at purchase or activation.

11. Billing and Payments

If paid services are offered:

  • Fees are charged according to the selected plan
  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers
  • Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled
  • Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction
  • Payment failure may result in suspension or termination of premium access

Sentinel Entertainment may update pricing, plan structures, product tiers, or billing terms where permitted by law.

12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement:

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable
  • Partial billing periods are generally not refunded
  • Lifetime licenses are generally non-refundable once activated
  • Product setup, configuration, or service fees may be non-refundable

Sentinel Entertainment may choose to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.

13. Beta and Experimental Features

Sentinel Entertainment may offer alpha, beta, preview, experimental, early-access, or limited-release features.

These features may:

  • Contain bugs
  • Have incomplete functionality
  • Change without notice
  • Be temporarily unavailable
  • Be modified, suspended, replaced, or removed
  • Operate differently from final released versions

Use of beta or experimental features is at the user’s own risk. Sentinel Entertainment does not guarantee continued availability of preview or experimental features.

14. Intellectual Property

All Sentinel Entertainment products, services, branding, logos, software, documentation, designs, graphics, content, systems, interfaces, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Sentinel Entertainment or its licensors.

Users may not:

  • Copy proprietary software
  • Resell Sentinel services without authorization
  • Remove branding where prohibited
  • Create derivative versions of protected software
  • Misrepresent ownership of Sentinel products
  • Use Sentinel branding in a misleading way
  • Reverse engineer protected systems except where legally permitted

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

15. User Content and Community Content

Users, server owners, and administrators remain responsible for content submitted, posted, uploaded, transmitted, or managed through Sentinel services.

Sentinel Entertainment may process content as necessary to operate enabled features, support requests, moderation workflows, verification systems, product configuration, and related services.

Users must not submit content that violates law, Discord rules, Sentinel policies, or the rights of others.

16. Availability

Sentinel Entertainment strives to maintain reliable service availability.

However, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Sentinel Entertainment does not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Compatibility with every server, configuration, browser, device, or third-party system
  • Permanent availability of every feature

Maintenance, outages, updates, security events, third-party failures, infrastructure issues, and platform changes may affect service availability.

17. Third-Party Services

Sentinel services may interact with third-party platforms and providers including:

  • Discord
  • Cloud and hosting providers
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics providers
  • Authentication providers
  • Communication services

Sentinel Entertainment is not responsible for outages, actions, policies, failures, pricing changes, or data practices of third-party services.

Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

18. Data and Privacy

Use of Sentinel services is also governed by the Sentinel Entertainment Privacy Policy.

By using Sentinel services, users acknowledge that information may be collected, processed, stored, protected, retained, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Suspension and Termination

Sentinel Entertainment may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Applicable law requires action
  • Security concerns arise
  • Abuse is detected
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Product or license terms are violated
  • Sentinel services, users, communities, infrastructure, or partners may be harmed

Sentinel Entertainment may remove access without prior notice when necessary to protect users, communities, systems, infrastructure, or services.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY
  • RELIABILITY
  • AVAILABILITY
  • SECURITY

SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • SPECIAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS
  • LOST DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
  • REPUTATIONAL HARM
  • LOSS OF COMMUNITY ACCESS
  • MODERATION OUTCOMES
  • THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM FAILURES

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF SENTINEL SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO SENTINEL ENTERTAINMENT BY THE USER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sentinel Entertainment, its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims arising from:

  • Use of Sentinel services
  • Server or community operations
  • User content
  • Product configuration
  • Moderation decisions
  • Appeals or enforcement outcomes
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable law
  • Violation of third-party rights

23. Changes to These Terms

Sentinel Entertainment may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes occur, Sentinel Entertainment may:

  • Update the Last Updated date
  • Post notice through the website
  • Display notices within products or dashboards
  • Require users to acknowledge updated terms where appropriate

Continued use of Sentinel services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas unless otherwise required by law.
